We provide solutions ranging from non-insulated profiles to highly thermally insulated passive house systems. Our product range includes advanced curtain wall systems with filling thicknesses up to 65 mm and filling weights reaching 730 kg, window series with Uf values as low as 0.8 W/m²K for passive house certification, wood-aluminium hybrid systems that combine natural insulation with customizable exterior finishes, and high-security door systems offering burglar resistance up to RC3. Whether your project demands structural glazing, semi-SG, visual-SG, or traditional framed solutions, our engineering ensures optimal performance across all applications. We also offer specialized systems such as fire-rated doors (E30), lift & slide terrace doors, pocket windows, and GEODE facade systems with straight or polygonal geometry up to 20 degrees, accommodating glass thicknesses from 6 mm to 42 mm with various hidden window configurations including Italian, parallel, tilt & turn, and emergency access variants.

ALUPCO CW 60

We support glass thicknesses from 6 mm up to 65 mm, sash weights up to 300 kg, and burglar resistance classes up to RC3. Our engineering philosophy prioritizes minimal material waste through identical mullion and transom profiles, straight material cuts without notching, and efficient finishing and installation processes. We provide continuous compatibility of profiles, accessories, and gaskets across our GWD series windows and doors, reducing the number of system accessories required for fabrication. For demanding applications, static values can be increased by inserting aluminium or reinforcing steel profiles. Our products also feature advanced thermal solutions such as 5-chamber coextruded hollow chamber central gaskets, glass rebate insulation, and GUTherm high-end insulator material technology, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of energy efficiency, structural integrity, and long-term durability.
