Our steel factory offers comprehensive design, engineering, fabrication, and erection services for structural steel, stainless steel, and miscellaneous metal works. With capabilities ranging from complete project execution to specialized subcontracting, we operate on a zero-error basis. Our full-fledged engineering department is equipped with the latest software including Staad Pro for analysis and design, AutoCAD for 2D detailing, Tekla for detailing, and PLS Tower for tower design. We perform external load calculations, loading tree analysis, and tower design in compliance with international codes and standards such as AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute), AWS D1.1 (American Welding Society), ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), UBC (Uniform Building Code), and SBC (Saudi Building Code). We also maintain technical collaboration with DAR Engineering for structural design. Our facility spans 5000 m² in the northern region of Riyadh City, with a production capacity of up to 40,000 MT per year. We are certified under ISO 9001:2008 for quality management and strictly adhere to industry-leading safety norms.
Equipment and Facilities
Our manufacturing equipment includes a complete range of steel fabrication machines for angles, beams, and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures. The facility features dedicated fabrication areas, independent transformers, standby generators, and compressed air supply systems. For in-house material movement, we use overhead cranes, forklifts, hand forklifts, and carriages. Chemical descaling, sandblasting, painting, and galvanizing are outsourced to reliable subcontractors who meet our quality standards. We maintain separate warehouses for consumable items and critical spare parts. Our in-house material inspection laboratory includes UTM (Universal Testing Machine), Charpy test machine, and Rockwell hardness test machine for mechanical properties analysis.
Welding
Our welding process strictly conforms to AWS Structural Welding Code and AISC specifications. Our highly skilled welders undergo rigorous training at specialty training centers and are certified by independent certifying agencies. Equipment includes profile cutting (oxy-fuel cutting with guide rails), MIG and TIG welding machines, and spot welding machines.
Machine Shop and Die & Mould Shop
We are equipped with lathes, shaper machines, hack saws, surface grinders, cutting machines, magnetic core drills, bench drills, and hand tools. Our in-house development facility manufactures tools and dies, employing dedicated and experienced tool and die makers.

Technical Office and Scope of Work
All measurements are taken on-site after readiness. Drawings are prepared by our technical office, discussed with the customer, and then sent to the factory for manufacturing. Our scope of work includes manufacturing and supplying steel stairs, railings, manhole steel covers, steel bars, shelves, windows, internal and external doors, and all other materials made of steel and stainless steel.
Stainless Steel
We manufacture circular and square stainless steel bars for building, erection, building decorations, and industrial applications. Our production stages include molding, welding, polishing, and packaging, with total quality management at every stage.
